Business & Digital Setup
Connection/configuration for a domain the customer already owns. Purchase and renewal fees are separate.

Printing & Finishing Services
Document printing, student portfolio printing, flyers, invitations, business cards, certificates, labels, binding and laminating. Quotes are based on quantity, paper/material, size, colour requirements and finishing.
Payment & Project Policy
Small Projects — JMD $4,000 and Under
100% payment is required before work begins.
Projects Over JMD $4,000
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before final handover.
Website Projects
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin. The remaining 50% must be paid before final website handover or transfer.
Final Files
All outstanding balances must be paid before final high-resolution files, editable Canva links, source files, website transfers or other final deliverables are released.
Revisions
Up to 2 revisions are included with most custom projects unless a specific package states otherwise. Additional revisions are JMD $1,500 / USD $10 each. A major redesign or completely new direction after the original concept has been approved is not considered a normal revision and may require a new quote.
Rush Service
Priority/rush service: add 25%. Same-day or extremely urgent work, where available: add 40%.
